This reduces unnecessary GP call-outs or hospital admissions and ensures you always have expert support close at hand.

Meet your nurse
Once we receive your form, we will book a nurse to visit you. During this visit, they will talk you through the service, discuss which sensors or alarms may be useful, and plan your full clinical health check. With your consent, we will also request your medical history from your GP so we can get to know you and support you more efficiently.

Arrange ongoing visits if needed
Depending on the package you choose, we will book update visits and health checks as needed.

Which Package do I need?
Each of our packages come with different benefits to align with your particular needs and requirements.
If you live with several health conditions, along-term illness that limits your mobility, or you’ve had multiple falls in the last year, Plus Package may be the right choice. It is also suitable if you take multiple medications or need extra monitoring.
With this package, our nursing team visits you regularly to check both your physical and psychological health. We help manage your medication, liaise with your GP or specialists if treatment or reviews are needed, and make referrals to other services when appropriate. Our nurses can also advise on preventing falls and injuries, giving you confidence in your daily life.
You can call us out up to four times a month in an emergency. Our nursing team will assess and treat you at home where possible, helping you avoid unnecessary hospital visits and remain safe and comfortable at home.
This package is particularly helpful for people living with dementia. If there’s a risk of wandering, we can set boundaries, install sensors, and respond to alerts at any time, day or night.
While the cost may feel significant, it’s important to remember that a single GP home visit can be around £120 - so this package represents real value for the level of ongoing nursing support provided.
Standard Plus includes one emergency call-out per month if required. You’ll also have access to our nursing team 24/7 for advice and reassurance.

Fixed Cover Package is designed to give families short-term support when it’s needed most. It’s ideal if you care for a loved one at home and need cover during a holiday, a planned break, or simply for respite.
This package is also perfect if you’re recovering from surgery and want the reassurance of professional support at home. You can choose to add visits and health checks for extra peace of mind, while our nursing team remains available 24 hours a day for advice, guidance, and urgent help.
